Cancel a Subscription or Request a Refund

Cancellation and refund processes are managed by the platform where you made the purchase. Please select your platform below for specific instructions. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically issue a refund.

 

Choose your purchase platform

Your KDAN ID may be different from the account used for the purchase (Apple ID, Google account, or Microsoft account). Please check your receipt if you are unsure.

 

KDAN Store

Use this section if you purchased your subscription directly through KDAN Store with your KDAN ID.

 

Microsoft Store

Use this section if you purchased through the Microsoft Store or made an in-app purchase in a Windows app. Microsoft handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. Please use the Microsoft account used for the purchase, which may be different from your KDAN ID.

 

Apple App Store

Use this section if you purchased through the Apple App Store on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. Please use the Apple ID used for the purchase, which may be different from your KDAN ID.

Google Play Store

Use this section if you purchased your subscription, free trial, or in-app purchase through the Google Play Store on an Android device. Google handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. Please use the Google account used for the purchase, which may be different from your KDAN ID.
