Overview
This article guides KDAN users to request a refund for a subscription or digital purchase made through Microsoft Store.
Microsoft handles all billing and refund decisions for Microsoft Store purchases. KDAN cannot directly process refunds or modify Microsoft Store transactions on behalf of users.
A refund is not guaranteed and will depend on Microsoft’s refund policy and eligibility review.

Available for all KDAN subscription plans or digital purchases made through Microsoft Store in-app purchases.
What you'll need
Access to the Microsoft account used to purchase your KDAN subscription or digital product.
**Note: The Microsoft account used for purchase may be different from the KDAN ID you use to sign in to KDAN apps. If you cannot find your purchase record, try signing in with all possible Microsoft accounts or email addresses.
Steps
- Go to your Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase your KDAN subscription.
- Find your KDAN subscription and select Manage.
- Select Cancel or Cancel subscription, then follow the instructions on the page.
- After cancellation, Microsoft will check whether your subscription is eligible for a refund. Not all cancellations will result in a refund.
- Once your request is submitted, you can check the refund status through your Microsoft account order history or refund status page.
Important Information
- Microsoft determines whether your KDAN purchase is eligible for a refund.
- KDAN cannot approve, reject, or speed up Microsoft Store refund requests.
- In some countries or regions, Microsoft may provide prorated refunds for eligible subscriptions.
- If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, your subscription is already set to expire on the shown date and you will not be charged again. No further cancellation action is needed.
- Use Microsoft Edge if you cannot see your subscription or order records in Chrome or other browsers.
