Overview
This article guides you through how to cancel a subscription or free trial purchased via the Apple App Store on Mac. All subscription management and billing are handled by Apple and must be managed using your Apple ID.

All KDAN subscription plans purchased via Apple App Store in-app purchases on Mac.
What you'll need
Access to the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription
*Note: Your Apple ID may be different from your KDAN ID. Please try all possible email accounts.
Steps
- Open the App Store app on your Mac
- Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click “Manage”.
- Next to the subscription, click “Edit“.
- Click “Cancel Subscription“. If there is no “Cancel“ or “Cancel Subscription“ button, the subscription is already canceled.
Important Information

- Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple. Developers cannot process refunds or cancellations.
- Please cancel free trials or subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
