Overview
This article guides you through how to cancel a subscription or free trial purchased via the Apple App Store on iPhone. All subscription management and billing are handled by Apple and must be managed using your Apple ID.

All KDAN subscription plans purchased via Apple App Store in-app purchases on iPhone.
What you'll need
Access to the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription
**Note: Your Apple ID may be different from your KDAN ID. Please try all possible email accounts.
Steps
- Open the “Settings” app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap “Subscriptions”.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Important Information

- Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple. Developers cannot process refunds or cancellations.
- Please cancel free trials or subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
