Overview
This article explains how to cancel your subscription purchased through the KDAN Store. Canceling stops the auto-renewal at the end of your current billing cycle, but your subscription remains active until the expiration date.

What you can do
- Stop the auto-renewal for your next billing cycle
- Keep access to your subscription until the current billing period expires
Steps
- Log into your KDAN ID on the KDAN Store.
- Go to “My Orders.”
- Click Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select “Cancel Subscription.”
Important Information
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next auto-renewal date.
- Canceling your subscription does not end your access immediately — your subscription remains active until the current billing period expires.
