This article guides you through how to request a refund for a purchase made via the Google Play Store on Android devices.

Purchases made via Google Play Store in-app purchases on Android devices.
What you can do
Access to the Google account used to make the purchase.
Steps
- Go to the Google Play refund request page.
- Sign in with the Google account used to make the purchase.
- Select the purchase you want to request a refund for.
- Choose the reason that best describes your situation.
- Complete the refund request form.
- Submit your request.
Important Information

- Refund approval is determined by Google Play and may depend on the purchase type, refund reason, and how long it has been since the purchase.
- If you don’t find the purchase, make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account.
- Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you want to stop future charges, please cancel the subscription separately.
