Overview
This article guides you to cancel subscriptions or free trials purchased through Microsoft Store (upgraded via in-app purchase in Windows apps). Both subscription cancellations and free trial opt-outs use this process through your Microsoft account, as Microsoft handles all billing.

Available for all KDAN subscription plans purchased through Microsoft Store in-app purchases.
What you'll need
Access to the Microsoft account used for purchase.
**Note: The Microsoft account used for purchase may differ from your KDAN ID used to access the software. Try all possible email addresses.
Steps
- Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
- Find your subscription and select "Manage".
- On the next page, select "Cancel" (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
- Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
**Note: If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, your subscription is set to expire on the shown date and you won't be charged again. No further action needed.

- Developers cannot handle refunds or cancellations for Microsoft in-app subscriptions per Microsoft's policies.
- Use Edge browser if you cannot see subscription records in Chrome or other browsers.
- Please cancel free trials or subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Sehr geehrte Damen u Herren
Hier mit mach ich meine Recht gebrauch von diese Vertrag Abo innerhalb von 14 Tagen Kündigungsrecht gebrauch mit sofortiger Wirkung.
