Overview
This article guides you through how to request a refund for a subscription purchased via the Apple App Store. All subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple and must be handled using your Apple ID.
KDAN cannot process refunds or cancellations for purchases made through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
Available for
All KDAN subscription plans purchased via Apple App Store in-app purchases.
What you'll need
- Access to the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription
- The invoice or receipt from Apple
**Note: Your Apple ID may be different from your KDAN ID. Please try all possible email accounts.
Steps
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
Important Information
- For more details, please refer to Apple's Support page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the current period ends. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
