After being assigned to a software license, you will receive an email titled "License Access Notification" with a link to download the product.
The system will automatically link the license to your email. Please register your KDAN ID and log into the product with the same email to bind the license to your devices and activate the access.
Available for
KDAN PDF Reader Permanent License Mac (dmg.) version purchased from KDAN Store or other third-party platforms.
Steps
1: Download the software
**Note: This is a different version of KDAN PDF Mac downloaded from the Mac App Store, and licenses are recognized and activated in different ways.
2. Open the software and click “Upgrade”.
3. Click “Activate”.
4. Please sign in with the KDAN ID (email address) used when purchasing the permanent license. If you have not registered yet, please click "Create a KDAN ID" to register first.
**Note: Please do not use a third-party login.
5. Select a license in the license list, and click "Bind License".
6. Click "Confirm" to bind the license with the current device, then you can access all features in the software.
7. Click "Account" to view the details of your license.
- Manager: The account that manages this license.
- License Group: The license group to which this license belongs.
- License Key: A unique series of numbers and alphabet used to manage and identify the license.
- Device: The device number to which this license is bound.
Notes / Tips
- Make sure you stay signed in to access all premium features. If you are not signed in, only the free version will be available
- An internet connection is required activate your license
- Each license can only be bound to one device. To transfer it, contact the license manager or visit Licensing Service Center to unbind the device first
- If you purchased the license from the Mac App Store, click “Restore Previous Purchase” in the App Store version of KDAN PDF (not the .dmg version mentioned in this article)

i still not receive the license in my Email
Hi,
I've raised a ticket (id - 47524) to helpdesk@kdanmobile.com, asking for help to reset the activation of my app - PDF Reader Pro.
I've not heard from anyone, and need help from support please!
I accidentally might have installed the Mac AppStore version of PDF Reader, which overwrote my app (which was downloaded from your site), and hence my app reverted to a "trial" version - and my activation key is not working right now, complaining I exceeded my activation count!
