Admins can designate Managers to oversee or remove license management at the Kdan Licensing Service Center (KLSC). Users possessing a software license can enjoy full access to all features within the software; however, upon license removal, users will be limited to utilizing only the free version of the product.

Assign Product Licenses to Users

1. Use the authorized email to register a Kdan ID and log in to the KLSC.

2. Select a product plan.

3. Click the group you want to assign the licenses.

4. Click "Assign License”.

5. Enter user's emails in the pop-up window and enter the number of licenses you wish to distribute  (at least 1).

6. Click “Confirm” to assign the license.

Note: To have access to the product, admins and managers should ensure that they have assigned a license to themselves.

Remove Product Licenses from Users

1. Use the authorized email to register Kdan ID and log in to the KLSC.

2. Select a product plan.

3. Click the license group you want to remove product licenses.

4. You can search  the email or the license key to find the license that you wish to remove.

5. Click the "More" icon in the search results, and then click "Remove License".

6. Click “Confirm” to remove the license. Once the license is removed, the User will no longer have access to the paid features.
