Unable to update PDF Reader

Unable to update PDF Reader

If PDF Reader doesn't update automatically but automatic updates are configured in iOS settings, please check out or follow the steps below to update PDF Reader manually:

  1. Sign out your Apple ID from within the Settings app.
  2. Reboot your device by pressing and holding the Side button and either volume button. (More details)
  3. Sign in to your Apple ID again.
  4. Make sure there is enough free space on the device. Visit the “Updates” tab in the App Store app. Choose PDF Reader in the Purchased section and tap the Update button.

Note: PDF Reader Premium and PDF Connoisseur were removed from the App store four years ago and are not supported anymore. To appreciate your support, please contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com , and we can offer you a free upgrade with Document 365.

With iOS 12, PDF Reader Premium and PDF Connoisseur as well as other 32-bit apps can't be opened. You can access your files located in these two apps via iTunes if you connect your device to PC/Mac with a USB cable.
