We are pleased to inform you that the license authorization for KDAN PDF Permanent License Mac (v3.15.2 and higher) has been upgraded to enhance users' experience. Starting June 28, 2024, the old license key will no longer be in use.

KDAN PDF Permanent License (Mac .dmg version) v3.15.1 and below
KDAN PDF Permanent License (Windows .exe version) v2.1 and below
Purchased from KDAN Store, sales partners, or other third-party platforms
Issue description
When entering your license code in KDAN PDF Permanent License Mac, you may encounter the following issue:
- Unable to activate using the license key
- An error message appears: “No network. Please try it later.”
Possible causes
This issue may occur due to the following reason:
- The old license key system has been discontinued after June 28, 2024
- Your current app version still relies on the old license key mechanism
Solutions
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check your app version
- Open KDAN PDF Permanent License Mac
- Go to KDAN PDF Reader (from the menu bar) > About KDAN PDF Reader
- Confirm whether your version is:
- Mac: v3.15.1 or below
- Windows: v2.1 or below
Step 2: Request a license upgrade
Since the old license key is no longer supported, you will need a new upgraded license.
- Contact the KDAN support team at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com
- Provide your purchase information if available
- Invoice
- License Key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- The email address you used for the purchase - Our team will send you an upgraded license within 3 business days
Our team shared the latest updates with users in January 2024. However, due to data protection policies, we were unable to reach out to users who purchased KDAN PDF from other sources.

If you have previously contacted us to upgrade your license but are still unable to access your advanced features, please visit the Licensing Service Center and try removing your license, then reassigning it to see if this resolves the issue.
