What is Rotoscoping

When you import video footage into Animation Desk and select “Rotosocpe”, the app converts the video into lines and shapes. 

Back in the early time, animators projected (rotoscope) the film onto a glass penal, and they drew according to the projection. Rotoscope was a helpful technique to capture live-action and studying movements.
