1. Tap the "Edit" icon at the bottom of the file folder or library and you will see a check box listed in front of each file/folder.   

2. Tap the Star button to rate this folder as a favorite.  

3. To sort folders by All, Recent or Favorite (and more), tap the "Sort" icon in the upper right hand corner.
