I want to change the email address in my license

Admins and Managers can remove and assign licenses through KDAN Licensing Service Center (KLSC) on their own. Users with product licenses can use all functions of the product. If the license is removed, users can only use the free functions of the product.

 

Within the product, click "Account" to view the details of your license and contact your manager with the following information to unbind the license.

  • Manager: The account that manages this license.
  • License Group: The license group to which this license belongs.
  • License Key: A unique series of numbers and alphabet used to manage and identify the license.
  • Device: The device number to which this license is bound

Remove Product Licenses from Users

1. Use your Kdan ID to log in to the KLSC.

2. Select a product plan.

3. Click the license group you want to remove product licenses.

4. You can search  the email or the license key to find the license that you wish to remove.

5. Click the "More" icon in the search results, and then click "Remove License".

6. Click “Confirm” to remove the license. Once the license is removed, the User will no longer have access to the paid features.

Assign Product Licenses to Users

1. Use your Kdan ID to log in to the KLSC.

2. Select a product plan.

3. Click the group you want to assign the licenses.

4. Click "Assign License”.

5. Enter user's emails in the pop-up window and enter the number of licenses you wish to distribute  (at least 1).

6. Click “Confirm” to assign the license.
