Can I get a refund for PDF Reader Pro License?

Refunds for licenses

For PDF Reader Pro Mac license, users can request a full refund within 14 days of their purchase.

These instructions apply to purchases made through PDF Reader's online store. If you have purchased licenses from the Mac App Store, please reach out to Apple for refunds and assistance.

To get a refund for a license purchase, please contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com with the following information:

• The Order ID from your purchase. You’ll find it at the top of your invoice
• The date of the purchase and the payment method you used to complete the purchase
• The license key we sent to you after the purchase

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take between 3-10 working days to reach your account and may charge processing costs of no more than 5% of the licensing payment.

Please note: Our refund policy is intended to assist with accidental purchases, compatibility issues, and suitability concerns. Each case will be carefully reviewed to determine eligibility for a refund in accordance with our policy. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are in violation of our policy.
