How to cancel my subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription through the Play Store…. 

You can manage and cancel subscriptions from within your Google account.

1. Launch the Play Store app.
2. Tap on the drawer on the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions and select the Subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions to proceed with cancellation.

After the current period ends, whether it is part of a free trial or a regular recurring subscription, you will no longer be charged for that subscription.

If you purchased a subscription through Kdan Creative Store….

You can manage subscriptions in the account settings

1. Visit Kdan Creative Store
2. Log into your Kdan account
3. Go to “Order History” to cancel your subscription
