There are several reasons that cause users to fail to access advanced tools. Please follow the instructions below to refresh your account and see if this helps.
- Make sure the internet connection is working well
- Open the Microsoft Windows store on your device and log in with the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase.
- Open PDF Reader Windows and re-login with your Kdan ID
- If the advanced features are still locked, please click on the "Start Trial" or "Purchase" button on the subscription plan page.
- A pop-up window with "Looks like you already own this" shows the purchase is restored successfully.
**Please repeat step 3 with other potential email accounts if you fail to access advanced features on the first try.
