There are several reasons that could cause users not able to access advanced tools after subscription. As a temporary solution, try the following steps to fix the issue:
- Make sure the internet connection is active and working
- Check if your device is connected with the same Google account that you purchased the subscription.
- Review your purchase orders from the Play Store app to check your payment go through properly
- Log out your Kdan ID and re-sign in with your Kdan ID from within the PDF Reader app (You have to create a Kdan ID to access Kdan’s services)
- Force stop the app and reopen it to see if your membership is restored.
