If you are having trouble accessing the advanced features after the upgrade, please try the following instruction to refresh your account:
For Document 365 users:
- Open the Apple App Store on your device and log in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
- Re-login PDF Reader Mac with your Kdan ID.
- Click on "Restore Previous Purchase" > "Restore Document 365" on the page.
For Permanent License users:
- Make sure you have logged in with your Apple ID in App Store with the one purchased the subscription.
- Re-login PDF Reader Mac with your Kdan ID.
- Click on "Restore Previous Purchase" > "Restore Permanent License" on the page.
**Please repeat step 2 with other potential email accounts if you fail to access advanced features on the first try. If you signed up with a third-party account (for example, "Sign in with Apple), please also try logging in with these accounts.
