If you purchase the in-app content/subscription through Apple (upgraded within the app you downloaded from Apple App Store)...
You can manage and cancel subscriptions with your Apple ID.
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click “Manage”.
- Next to the subscription, click “Edit“.
- Click “Cancel Subscription“. If there is no “Cancel“ or “Cancel Subscription“ button, the subscription is already canceled.

After the current period ends, whether it's part of a free trial or a regular recurring subscription, you will no longer be charged for that subscription.
If you purchase a subscription through Kdan Creative Store….
You can manage subscriptions in the account settings
- Visit Kdan Creative Store
- Log into your Kdan account
- Go to “My Orders“ to cancel your subscription
If you still fail to cancel your subscription, please contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com with the following information.
- All potential emails
- Your invoice
- A screenshot of your subscription records or order details
