Access to the Google account used to make the purchase.

 

Steps

  1. Go to the Google Play refund request page.
  2. Sign in with the Google account used to make the purchase.
  3. Select the purchase you want to request a refund for.
  4. Choose the reason that best describes your situation.
  5. Complete the refund request form.
  6. Submit your request.

 

Important Information

  • Refund approval is determined by Google Play and may depend on the purchase type, refund reason, and how long it has been since the purchase.
  • If you don’t find the purchase, make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account.
  • Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you want to stop future charges, please cancel the subscription separately.
