When working with PDFs, you may need to add extra pages, such as attaching another PDF, importing scanned images, or combining documents. With KDAN PDF’s “Append File” feature, you can complete these tasks in just a few taps.

Append PDF or Images on KDAN PDF Android Device
To use the append tools, follow the steps below:
- Open a PDF file in KDAN PDF for Android.
Tap the button on the toolbar to view all pages in Edit Page mode.
Tap “Page Edit” to begin managing your pages.
- Tap the checkbox on the page where you want to insert new pages after.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Append to open the options for adding new content.
Once you reach the Append menu, you can choose to add pages From PDF or From Images.
Append Pages From Another PDF
If you want to merge pages from a different PDF into your current file, follow these steps:
- In Edit Page mode, select the target page by tapping the checkbox.
- Tap Append on the bottom toolbar.
- Select From PDF.
- Browse your device and choose the PDF you want to append. Tap Next.
- Choose whether to append:
- All pages, or
- A specific Page Range (enter the page numbers you want).
Tap OK to confirm.
- The selected pages will be added after the page you originally checked.
Append Images From Your Device
If you want to insert images as new PDF pages, follow these steps:
- In Edit Page mode, tap the checkbox on the page where the images should be added after.
- Tap Append at the bottom toolbar.
- Select From Images.
- Your Android image picker will appear. You can:
- Browse Photos
- Switch to Collections
- Use the search bar to find images
- Select one or multiple images. Tap Done.
- The selected images will appear as new pages after the page you selected.
