How to Create a Zipped File

 

Zipped (Compressed) files use less storage space and can be transferred faster than uncompressed files. With PDF Reader, you can zip several files into a single folder to share them more easily.

 

1. Switch to “Home” tab and go to the “Document” section for the file list

2. Click the “Select” button until the files are selectable. Then select the file(s) you want to create a zip archive

3. Click “Zip”, and a new zipped file is created in the file list.

4. To rename it, right-click on the file and select "Rename" to enter a new name
