After purchasing KDAN Office, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the KDAN Office installer and a license key. To activate the software, simply install it and enter the license key.
If you need to replace your computer, reset your operating system, or reinstall KDAN Office, you can retrieve your license key by following the steps below.

Make sure to complete the license retrieval steps beforehand to avoid authorization issues. -
Required information:
You will need your Entitlement ID (EID) and certificate code, both of which can be found in your order confirmation email. -
License revocation tool:
This tool is included in the KDAN Office installation package. By default, it can be found at:C:\Program Files (x86)\Kdan\Kdan Office\Bin
.
Alternatively, you can search forRevocationLicense
using File Explorer. -
Internet connection:
A stable internet connection is required to complete the license revocation process.
License Retrieval Process
The license revocation process involves verification through both the License Center and the application. The general steps are as follows:
- Submit a license revocation request through the Customer Portal.
- Use the built-in license revocation tool to confirm your revocation request.
- Return to the Customer Portal to finalize the process.

Step-by-Step Instructions for License Retrieval
1. Access the Customer Portal
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Enter your EID code in the designated field.
2. Optional Registration
- You may be redirected to a registration page. This step is optional.
Click the "Skip Registration" button to bypass it.
If the button is not visible, try zooming out on the webpage.
3. Navigate to the Order Activation Page
- On the Order Activation page, select the license key you want to revoke and click "Revoke".
- A Revoke pop-up window will appear. Verify the information, then click "Revoke" within the pop-up.
- In the "Download Permission Ticket" section at the bottom of the page, click "Download" to save the permission ticket file.
Note: Keep the Customer Portal window open.
4. Use the License Revocation Tool
- Open the license revocation tool.
- Click "Upload" and select the permission ticket file you downloaded earlier.
If the upload is successful, the tool will display a message: "Revoke Ticket created successfully".
5. Return to the Customer Portal
- Go to the "Upload Revocation Proof" section and upload the permission ticket file again.
- If the license revocation is successful, a message saying "Revocation Succeeded" will appear.
Important:
Take a screenshot or save this confirmation screen. If you encounter any issues after completing the license revocation process, customer support will use the information on this screen to assist with your order.
