Growing your business often means you have to spend lots of time on the move. Traveling to client sites for meetings and presentations is important, but productivity often takes a back seat. We offer you three tips on how to stay productive with PDF Reader as you work from one city to the next.
Transition from Paper to Digital Files
While being emailed an agreement, you could print out the file, sign it, and then scan it back in and email it. However, there’s always a better, faster way.
- Open one PDF and tap the “Handwrite” button from the annotation toolbar.
- Change the brush size and the color.
- Then you can write on the PDF with your fingers or a stylus.
- Tap the “Check” button to save and finish handwriting.
- You could save the PDF as a new document in the local device or instantly share it with others from within the PDF Reader app.
Stop Re-creating Documents
A common frustration for us is spending time re-creating PDF documents. Try to convert the PDF to Word instead of re-creating the material from scratch in Microsoft Word.
- Open one PDF and tap “Converter” on the left menu bar.
- Swipe left or right to choose the output file format and start the conversion.
- Then the output file will be saved in the “Converted” folder on Kdan Cloud, and it can be accessible from any PDF Reader app.
- Find the output file and download it to the PDF Reader app. Then you could open it in MS Word software for further editing.
Keep Your Workflow in Sync
Working across multiple devices can be challenging. Try to keep them all effortlessly organized, so you can spend less time fiddling and more time getting things done.
- Upload files to Kdan Cloud from within the Windows app.
- Launch the PDF Reader mobile app (using the Android version as an example).
- Go to the “Kdan Cloud” tab and download the files you need to the app.
- You can work with the Android app for sharing or more editing tools.
