My documents are locked by password with no reasons

If your PDF files are accidentally locked by passwords with no reasons, please make sure you didn't encrypt the PDF with passwords and do not delete the file. Then send the encrypted file to appservice@kdanmobile.com. We’d be happy to assist you.
