If you are having trouble accessing the advanced features after the upgrade, please try the following instruction to refresh your account:
- Make sure you have logged in with your Apple ID in App Store with the one purchased the subscription.
- Re-login PDF Reader with your Kdan ID.
- Click on "Restore Previous Purchase" on the profile page.
*Please repeat step 2 with other potential email accounts if you fail to access advanced features on the first try. If you signed up with a third-party account (for example, Apple ID), please also try logging in with these accounts.

- A screenshot of your profile page
- All of your potential email addresses
- Your invoice
