How to Use Form Filler in PDF Reader

 

When you receive a form in PDF format, open it using the PDF Reader app. You will see all the editable fields in the form appear in a light blue color. Tap on any one of them and you can start entering the information in them.

 

When you are done editing, tap anywhere on the document, and the information will be auto-saved. You can also check boxes from within the PDF file.
