To add a link, select "Edit" on the toolbar. Then, select the link tab. 

Then you will see the editing tool pop up on the right side of the window, where you can add links:

• Page: Link the selected area to a page in this document by typing in the page number. There will be a reminder telling you how many pages in total are in this document. 
• Web: Link the selected area to a website by entering the URL.
• E-mail: Link the selected area to an email by entering the address.
