If you have difficulties to log into your Kdan account, try to use the "Forget My Password" feature to reset your password.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Creative Store page and tap "Log in" on the top right corner.
2. Tap "Forget My Password" and you will be required to provide your Kdan ID (an email address).
3. Key in your Kdan ID and then tap "Send". An email instruction will be sent to the Kdan ID (email address) you provided.
4 After seeing the message, please go to your email inbox to see if you receive the instruction.
5. Tap the link within the email, and you will be lead to a web page to reset your password.
6. Happy Saving!

When I try this, the link in the email takes me back to KDan and says that I am logged in. If I try to use KDan ID and what I thought was the password it does not work

Please try the following instructions to see if the problem can be solved,
1. Visit our website: https://member-center.kdanmobile.com/members/sign_in
2. Type your email address and press next, and you will see "forget password" below "Next"
3. Press " forget password " to reset your password.
