What You Can Do
- Confirm whether your purchase date qualifies for a refund
- Identify the refund percentage based on your cancellation timing
- Contact the correct support channel based on where you made your purchase
Steps
- Log in to KDAN Store or check your purchase receipt to confirm your subscription purchase date.
- Compare your purchase date against the following refund windows:
- Within 14 days of purchase: You are eligible for a 100% refund. KDAN may charge a processing fee of up to 5% of the subscription payment.
- Between 15 and 30 days after purchase: You are eligible for a refund of up to 70%. KDAN may charge a processing fee of up to 5% of the subscription payment.
- After 30 days of purchase: You are not eligible for a refund.
- Email the KDAN support team at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com to submit your refund request.
Notes
- This refund policy applies only to subscriptions purchased through KDAN Store. If you purchased your subscription through the App Store, Mac App Store, or Microsoft Store, contact that platform's support team directly or see the Related Articles below for guidance.
- Once KDAN processes your refund, your access to KDAN Services will be terminated immediately.
