Refund Policies for Purchases Made in the KDAN Store
- Within 14 Days: If you request a refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase, you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that KDAN may charge a processing fee of no more than 5% of the subscription payment.
- 15 to 30 Days: If you request a refund between 15 and 30 days after your subscription purchase, you may receive up to a 70% refund. KDAN may charge a processing fee of no more than 5% of the subscription payment.
- After 30 Days: If you request a refund after 30 days of your subscription purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Refund Policies for Purchases Made Within the App (In-App Purchase)
For subscriptions purchased directly within the app, the transaction is managed by the App Store, Google Play Store, Mac App Store, or Microsoft Store. Please contact their respective support teams to learn about their refund policies.
