Unless specified, all of our subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Canceling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal process for the next billing cycle, but your current subscription will remain active until it expires.
Purchase Made in KDAN Store
If you need to cancel your subscription purchased through the KDAN Store, you can do so up to 24 hours before the next auto-renewal cycle begins. Here’s how:
- Log into your KDAN ID on the KDAN Store.
- Go to “My Orders.”
- Click “Manage.”
- Select “Cancel Subscription.”
Purchase Made Within the App (In-App Purchase)
For subscriptions made directly within the app (in-app purchases), your transaction is handled entirely through the App Store, Google Play Store, Mac App Store, or Microsoft Store. To manage these subscriptions:
- App Store/Mac App Store: Log into your account on the App Store or Mac App Store to manage your subscription.
- Google Play Store: Log into your account on the Google Play Store to manage your subscription.
- Microsoft Store: Log into your account on the Microsoft Store to manage your subscription.
Please remember that as the developer, KDAN cannot view or handle your transactions made through the App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store. You’ll need to manage these subscriptions through the respective platforms.
