Issue Description
After completing the subscription or order purchase, you may experience the following issues:
- Advanced or premium features remain locked
- The app still shows the Free Basic plan
- Your subscription does not appear to be activated
Possible Causes
This issue may occur due to one of the following reasons:
- The app is not signed in with the KDAN ID used for the purchase
- The purchase information has not been properly synced
- A temporary app or system sync issue occurred after upgrading
Solutions
Please try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Check Whether Your Order Is Completed
- Sign in to the KDAN Store with your KDAN ID
- Go to My Orders and review your subscription details in the Order History
- Confirm that you have received the Order Confirmation email for the purchase.
Solution 2: Confirm You Are Signed in with the Correct KDAN ID
Make sure you are signed in with the KDAN ID used for the purchase. This is the same email address entered during the subscription payment.
Solution 3: Restart the App and Sign In Again
Refreshing the app may help sync your subscription status.
- Sign out your account.
- Close the app completely.
- Reopen the app and sign in again with your KDAN ID.
- Check whether the advanced features are now accessible.
