Here's a quick checklist to help you ensure everything is set up correctly for your subscription.
Is the Order Completed?
Log in to your KDAN ID in the KDAN Store. Click on your account to check the subscription details. Also, verify that you have received the “Order Confirmation” email.
Is Your Email Address Correct?
The email address used during subscription payment is your KDAN ID. Make sure you have entered the correct email address.
Did You Log Into KDAN ID in the App?
Ensure you have an internet connection for your first login. Make sure you log into your KDAN ID in the app. If you haven't visited the app for a while, please log in again.
