What is the AI Analyst Chatbot?
"AI Analyst Chatbot" uses AI technology to analyze content and further deliver content summaries, insights, or editing suggestions. It can massively speed up the document processing flow.
Note: AI-generated suggestions cannot replace professional advice. Always review the chatbot's responses and use its output with caution.
Getting Started with the AI Analyst Chatbot in KDAN PDF Reader for Windows
Open AI Chatbot
- Open the document
- Click the "AI" button at the bottom left, or the "Chatbot" button at the left toolbar.
- Select the task you want the chatbot to complete. You can utilize chatbots for summarizing documents, proofreading, gathering insights, or detecting risks within the documents.
- Assign the pages that you wish to analyze.
- Click "Next".
- Select "AI Analyst Chatbot" from the menu. Select multiple chatbots if needed.
The Radar Chart: KDAN PDF Reader will recommend chatbots based on the document types and your purpose. However, you can select the chatbots on your own. The product currently includes five chatbots, each offering different perspectives to help you analyze and edit your documents.
Start a Conversation
- If you choose to use multiple chatbots, you can switch between them at the top of the dialogue box. The chatbot will begin its first document analysis.
- You can enter questions in the dialogue box, and start a conversation with the Chatbot to get more information.
Export Chat History
You can export the chat history and use it as a reference to optimize your documents.
- After a conversation ends, click the export button in the chat windows.
- Select the chat history that you wish to export, and click Export.

Rules and Restrictions
You can access the AI Analyst Chatbot and other AI-related features by subscribing to Document 365 AI+ or Document 365 AI+ eSign in KDAN PDF Reader for Mac and Windows. The usage restrictions are as follows:
- KDAN PDF Reader Windows: v1.26.0 or later
Usage restrictions:
- You can feed multiple files to the chatbots, but keep each file under 25 MB and 10 pages.
- You can engage in up to 100 conversations per month, each composed of up to 100 question-answers (starting from v1.27.0).
- Chatbot is not available for encrypted files or files with restricted access.
- Internet connection required
How We Protect Your Privacy and Data
We use advanced encryption standards, AES-256, to encrypt your input information. Your input will be deleted after 24 hours. However, it is recommended to avoid entering personal or sensitive information and to review AI-generated content before use.
