How to Add Licenses in License Groups
Admin can flexibly adjust the license quantities within each group. When an admin wants to add the license in any given group, they must transfer licenses from an existing group.
For example, an admin moves 5 licenses from Group A and adds them to Group C. Group A will have 5 fewer licenses after the transfer is successfully completed in Group C.
Here are the specific steps:
1. Find the group you want to edit and click on the"More" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the group.
2. Click "Add License".
3. Choose the source group for the licenses and enter the desired license quantities to add.
 Note: The added license quantity cannot exceed the current quantity in the source group.
4. Click "Confirm".
5. Once you see "New license added successfully." appear at the bottom left corner of the screen, the modification is complete.
Note:
- Licenses can only be moved to other groups and cannot be deleted.
- Only unassigned licenses can be moved. If all licenses in the source group have been assigned, please remove unnecessary license authorizations or purchase more licenses.
