How to Activate Permissions in the Licensing Service Center

Purchased through Kdan Creative Store

When you purchase a product in the Kdan Creative Store, the system will automatically activate the product license from the Kdan Licensing Service Center (KLSC). You will receive an email with order information, a link to the KLSC, and instructions on how to activate the admin permissions.

If you did not receive the email, please follow the steps below to activate the permissions:

(1) Click ”Go to Licensing Service Center”

(2) Log into the KLSC with your Kdan ID you used for purchasing the products.

(3) Get admin permissions and start managing your product licenses.

Purchased through other channels

You should receive a redemption code if you purchase the license or obtain the free trial from somewhere other than the Kdan Creative Store. Please follow the steps to complete the redemption and acquire administrative permissions.

1. Go to the ”Kdan Creative Store Redeem Page”

2. If you already are a Kdan member, please log in with your Kdan ID. If you have not registered yet, please register a Kdan ID with a validated email and log in.

Note: Your Kdan ID will function as the administrative account in the Kdan License Service Center. Please note that once confirmed, you cannot alter the associated email or reassign the role.

3. Paste or enter your redeem code.

4. Once the redemption is successful, the system will automatically activate the product license in the KLSC. You will receive an email with a link to the KLSC, and instructions on activating the admin permissions.

If you did not receive the email, please follow the steps below to activate the permissions:

(1) Click ”Go to Licensing Service Center”

(2)  Log into KLSC with your Kdan ID.

(3) Get admin permissions and start managing your software licenses.
