Roles in Kdan Licensing Service Center (KLSC)

What is the Kdan Licensing Service Center?

Kdan Licensing Service Center (KLSC) is an online licensing platform provided by Kdan Mobile Software Ltd. that allows users to manage the product they purchased and keep track of the license status. The admin can take various actions in the KLSC, including assigning product license, checking the status of license, and removing product licenses from users.

Roles and Permission in KLSC

There are three roles in the Licensing Service Center, they are:

• Admin: The person who purchased the product license. There can be only 1 admin in each purchase. An Admin can manage all licenses and assign roles to different accounts.
• Manager: There can be more than 1 manager in a license group. A manager can edit and manage license permission.
• User: a user is who receives the license and grants access to the product.

Introduction to Admin

• View and manage all licenses.
• Group license by adding, deleting, or renaming the license groups.
• Assign, add, or remove managers from the license groups.
• Adjust the number of licenses in each license group.

Introduction to Manager

• View and manage licenses within the assigned groups. 
• Assign or remove licenses from users.
• Unbind licenses from devices, allowing users to rebind the licenses on other devices.

Note: To have access to the product, admins and managers should ensure that they have assigned a license to themselves.

Introduction to User

• To activate the license, please register your Kdan ID with the validated email, and log in to the product.
