As a project approaches its conclusion, there might be a requirement to amalgamate all pertinent PDFs and scanned receipts for the final evaluation and archival process. In such a scenario, the following three suggestions can be employed to address the difficulties associated with consolidating numerous files or images.
Combine PDF files
If you want to simplify the way you find, access, and manage content, you can merge multiple PDF files into a single document.
1. In the "Explore" tab, tap the "Merge PDFs" option.
2. Select 2 or more files and tap the "Next" button.
3. You can drag the file to rearrange the file order.
4. Tap the "Merge" button to start merging.
5. The output file will be saved in the "Split & Merge" folder. (See detailed tutorials)
Add Image in a PDF
You can put images like receipts, invoices, and design files into the same PDF file for easy storage and organization.
1. Open a PDF file.
2. Click “Page Edit” from "More" and choose “Append File” to activate the tool.
3. Click on "From Image" and select one or more images from your device. (See detailed tutorials)
Rotate Pages
If the images have different orientations after importing, you can easily adjust the page orientation according to your needs.
1. Open a PDF file.
2. Click “Page Edit” from "More".
3. Select the pages and click on "Rotate". (See detailed tutorials)
