How to Crop PDF Pages

Cropping PDF pages helps you create consistency within a PDF if the file is composed of pages with different sizes.

1. Open the PDF.

2. Click “Tool” on the top menu and choose the “Crop" option.

If you choose “Crop All Pages” or “Crop Current Page”, it will crop your page automatically according to the content layout.

3. Choose “Select Area” and drag a rectangle on the page you want to crop. Select either you want to "Crop All Pages" or "Crop Current Page".

4. Then click "Crop" to apply the changes. Or you can undo the cropping by clicking "Undo" under the "Edit" menu on top of the screen.

Is it possible to apply a page resize or crop to every page in a PDF file without editing every page individually?

    Hello,

Yes. After selecting an area, you can choose "Crop All Pages".

Then the page size will apply to every page automatically.
