There are two ways to rotate PDF pages:

"Edit" Method

1. Open the PDF file you’d like to use and click "Edit" on the top menu.

2. Click “Rotate” and you may rotate the file in four ways.

"Page Edit" Method

1. Open the PDF file you’d like to use and click "Tool" on the top menu.

2. Click "Page Edit," and you will be brought to a preview page with all pages of your file. Alternatively, click the Thumbnail tab and then click the "Page Edit" icon. 

     or     

3. To rotate the pages, choose the specific pages you wish to rotate you can select multiple pages by holding down the "Shift" key while selecting), and then click on the rotate function.
