1. Open a PDF file.

2. Select   in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Tap the "Edit" icon  in the top right corner.  

4. Select desired page(s) for rotation and tap the rotate icon.

5. Tap “Done” to exit to file viewer mode and save the edited PDF file.
