PDF Reader for iPhone allows you to print out documents using the Air Print feature.  

1. Open the document that you want to print.

2. Tap on the "more options" icon   in the navigation toolbar.

3. Tap "Print".

4. You will see the menu for printing settings. Choose your settings and tap "Print” to initiate printing.
