1. Open a PDF file.

2. Go to the menu page by tapping on the "more option" icon.

3. Tap on “Page Edit” under “Edit” to enter page editor mode.

4. Select the page(s) you would like to rotate and tap "Rotation”.

5. Tap “Done” to save changes.
