When to switch my license?

Switching your license is necessary when you need to upgrade or alter your current license, such as upgrading from a free trial to a paid lifetime license. We offer a tool for you to easily switch your license without uninstalling the existing Kdan Office software.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Click the "?" icon in the upper right corner of the application's editing page.

2. Select "About Doc(A)", "About Table(A)" or "About Brief(A)".

3. In the application Information screen, please go to the "Folder Info" tab. Copy the "Program Folder" path.

4. Open "File Explorer" on your computer. Paste the copied folder path in the address bar and press "Enter."

5. Inside the "Bin" folder, search for an application named "ActivateLicense".

6. Open the "ActivateLicense.exe" application. Then, you may encounter a notice. Please click "Yes" to allow the application.

7. An activation pop-up will appear. Please insert the new Product Key that you would like to activate. (refer to your activation email) Then, click "Activate".

8. If the activation is successful, you will see a message indicating "License file successfully created." You can now verify if your Kdan Office is re-activated and available to use.
