How to manage my license?

Managing licenses for your organization efficiently is crucial. Whether you represent a government, corporation, or educational institution, this tutorial will guide you through the process of allocating licenses to your members and monitoring license activation status.

Allocate Licenses to Your Members

Per order, you will receive a single product key. You can use this key to activate licenses on multiple devices, based on the license quantity you've purchased. Simply share the download link for Kdan Office and the Product Key (refer to your activation email) to your members via email, social media, or any preferred communication channel.

*Note: After activation on each device, remind your members to back up the License File for future device transfer issues. Refer to our guide on finding the license file on the device.

Manage License Activation Status

We offer a Customer Portal to help you monitor license activation status and keep track of available licenses.

1. Access the Customer Portal. 

2. Insert your Entitlement ID (EID) (refer to your activation email). Click “Activate”.

3. You will arrive at this page. You can choose to click “Skip Registration” if you wish to continue without registering a new account in this portal.

4. Inside the portal, you will see the current status of your licenses, including :

• Activated: Indicating the number of licenses successfully activated on the devices to which you've distributed the product key.
• Available: Indicating the remaining number of licenses that have not yet been activated and are available to use.
