What's BNS

BNS stands for Blockchain Notary Service. BNS is an underlying technology service. It provides additional protection to your NFTs.

What can BNS do for You?

BNS generates verification proof that protects your work against NFT stealth and fraud. The verification proof includes the attribution of your animation and the edit history. You can have this verification proof as part of the NFT. With the verification proof, you can prove that you are this artwork's original creator. 

Generate a Verification Proof via BNS in Animation Desk

Including verification proof in your NFT is easy.

Just tick "Mint NFT and BNS" during the NFT minting process.

You can generate verification proof via BNS without minting an NFT. Here is how, 

1. Open Animation Desk. In the "Sequence" tab, open the extended menu.

Tap "Add BNS" in the popup menu. 

2. Create a BNS verification proof from ITM. A signature is needed for using BNS.

3. Confirm the signature request and complete it.

4. You can check the status in the "BNS Verification Proof" in the "NFT" tab.
