You can export selected frames as images in PNG format.

In the project editor screen, click on the “Frames” tab on the left-hand side to enter Frame Manager.

Right click on the frames you want to duplicate. The selected frames will have a disk-like background under them.

Click “Export” and select a destination to save the images.
